About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Next Capital as a Property Consultant. This role demands a proactive and skilled professional with a solid background in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, managing property listings, and delivering top-notch customer service. You will play a key role in our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online marketing, and networking events.
  • Property Listings: Create compelling property listings with accurate information, appealing visuals, and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers and renters.
  • Property Showings: Conduct property viewings, showcasing the best features of each property and addressing client inquiries.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and prices to achieve the best outcome for clients while ensuring a win-win situation.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee the entire real estate transaction process, including preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring a smooth closing.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, attentive, and proactive in addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow agents, brokers, and support staff to foster a cohesive and cooperative work environment.

 

About You

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, customer-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, have a ‘can-do’ attitude, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the Dubai real estate secondary market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, presentable appearance, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and industry regulations.
  • Qualifications: A valid UAE driving license and own car.
  • Mindset: A proactive, results-driven approach with a can-do attitude.
